test: cover SDK errors and snapshot the public export surface

Closes #13.

### What changed

- adds focused tests for every exported SDK error class;
- verifies custom fields, optional fields, names, messages, and prototype chains;
- exercises the `TransferErrorCode` discriminator at compile time and runtime;
- locks the exact sorted runtime export surface;
- locks the exact sorted type-only export surface declared by `src/index.ts`;
- removes the duplicate `AmountPrecisionError` declaration that otherwise prevents the error module from compiling.

### Validation

The candidate files are prepared locally. Automated validation was attempted, but the container repeatedly returned `Cannot fork` before the commands started. Therefore this package does **not** claim passing CI yet. Before submission, run:

### Scope

No production behavior is intentionally changed except resolving the duplicate class declaration. No claim, pull request, order, or payment has occurred from this local preparation alone.
